Malaysia's Anwar Eyes Return To Parliament In By-election

KUALA LUMPUR (AFP)--Malaysia's opposition figurehead Anwar Ibrahim said he aims to return to parliament for the first time in a decade this year, and will run in a by-election if a judge orders the seat contested.
A high court in Kedah state will hear a challenge on August 19 asking it to invalidate the result in a seat that was won by his Peoples' Justice Party in the March 8 general elections.
Anwar said Sunday if the court declares the result null and void he will contest the ensuing by-election.
"My plan is to contest in the Kulim-Bandar Baharu seat. I am optimistic of victory," he said.

Is he planning to create a political dynasty in Malaysia? He's entire family in politics? He's wife is an MP and so is his daughter. Many thought that either his wife or daughter will vacate their seats and pave the way for 'The Honourable Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim' to contest in a by-election. His own party members said so that that was the plan. Now?

Now it seems that it is ok for him and his family to form a political dynasty in Malaysia. Talk about nepotism! All this while he's been claiming others of nepotism but yet he's doing it himself. Isn't that a trait of a hypocrite?
